This week wasn't so good although I think I have found out what is wrong with my back. They think my hamstrings are just tight and leading to the pain in my back, so lots of stretching and some strengthening excercises. Saturday I was able to run in shorts and Sunday I took the day off on my way back home. The hills are taking a number on my quads right now...
