7/2-7/8

I didn't run at all the week before. I went to the doc and got some x-rays done which came back negative. He recommended me to a chiropractor, some cracking, more negative x-rays to see alignment of my hips which was also negative. So we really don't know what is going on, possibly muscle imbalance. So at this point I am continuing with some strength exercises, stretching, and I have started running easy again.

Weds. 30 mins - 4 miles
Thus. 32 mins - 4.5 miles
Fri. 30 mins - 4 miles

12.5 miles
