9/15-9/21

About 40 miles on 8 runs. Still the same tightness with my leg. I have been icing, stretching, and using the stick with no real luck. I wish I had a way to heat before runs.

sit on the stove or just rub it real hard
 
I use the stick to try and loosen it up a bit before hand. I think the biggest thing has been making sure I start runs out real slow to warm it up... See ya next week!
