11/10-11/16

54 miles for the week. I think the back is getting better. It seems to be affected most by intensity so most of my runs have been quite slow. Over the next few months I plan on increasing my mileage. I plan on being pretty conservative because of my back and I am still not 100% confident in my calf.

I race the Vet's Day 8k this week. I ran a about 20 seconds slower than last year, but I haven't been doing any intensity whereas last year I was coming off TC10 Mile. My back was pretty sore again after the race but not as bad as after Rocky's Run.
